Palmer Hargrave — Custom Luxury Lighting To the Trade

Palmer “Jack” Hargrave, a talented designer and tradesman, made a name for himself with his lighting designs, responsible for the lighting fixtures in Los Angeles’ Union Station. Opened in 1939, the station is on the National Register of Historic Places and one of its truly iconic features is the lighting. In 1946, Jack founded Palmer Hargrave. In the early days, you could find Palmer Hargrave lighting in Gump’s in San Francisco prior to its exclusive representation in every top design showroom in the Nation. Former employees Chris and Kelli Hansen successfully acquired the storied lighting company and restarted operations with the high standards of quality and design set by the company’s original founder.

Palmer Hargrave brings a fresh, American perspective to luxury furniture design — clean lines, quality materials, and a scale sensibility suited to both grand and intimate spaces. Ohio designers can source the full Palmer Hargrave collection through Luxury to the Trade with trade pricing and project consultation.
